We cannot search restricted systems, pull official documents, file Kentucky court paperwork, change a case, or issue certified copies. Those services must come directly from the county Circuit Court Clerk, county clerk, court, jail, or state agency that holds the record.
Need an Official Document?
Kentucky has no single statewide clerk address for every trial record. For Circuit, Family, District, probate, traffic, and divorce case files, use the county directory to reach the Circuit Court Clerk in the county of filing. The separately elected county clerk handles marriage licenses and land instruments. A sheriff or jailer handles local booking and current county-jail records. The local county site identifies those distinct offices.
Records maintained outside county court files belong to their statewide custodians. The Kentucky Online Offender Lookup covers Department of Corrections offenders, while Kentucky State Police provides criminal-history routes. The Office of Vital Statistics issues covered marriage and divorce certificates, and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry provides the official public registry search.
